OUR BUTCHERY and venison PRODUCTS

We provide a wide range of produce including beef, chicken, lamb, game, duck, ostrich, quail eggs and pork. These products can be purchased as standard cuts or you can request an alternative cut and preparation.

Our venison range include: Black Wildebeest, Kudu, Eland, Impala, Blue Wildebeest, Blesbuck and Waterbuck. Venison can be cut as steaks, tenderloin, roast pieces, sausage and mince. It is not restricted to any part of an animal, and includes everything, including organs. The flavour is similar to beef, but with a richer and gamier taste.
